Ingredients
- 2 cup roasted green chiles, chopped
- 1.50 pound pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.50 tsp black pepper
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 can hominy, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 0.25 tsp dried oregano
- 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Steps
- Roast and peel chiles, then chop.
- Brown pork in oil with salt and pepper.
